After reading how so many people are feeling scared in relationship with transition on Tiny Buddha, I felt sad. And then I got feisty.

While finding your own way through transition will facilitate your new beginning, it’s normal to feel confused on the threshold of change. In the spirit of leaning in during hard times, here’s a few ways to shift energy when feeling stuck:
